If the store distance from your place is farther away from the serviceable area of that particular store, it wouldn’t show up. However, you can still go ahead and place the order from the displayed store(s). We will ensure that the order gets delivered to you at the earliest.
There is no minimum order value for the customers staying within 10 kms from our stores. However, for customers staying far away there is a minimum order value of Rs.500.
If you stay within 10 kms distance from any of our stores in Delhi NCR, then you can expect to receive your order within 2 hours after order confirmation (if you place the order before 6pm, else next day). For the customers who stay beyond 10kms from us, we will deliver to you within 4 hours of order confirmation (if you place the order before 4pm, else next day).
Yes, Le Marche delivers across India. We offer free home delivery within the 10 km radius of Le Marches Stores. Beyond 10 km within Delhi NCR, the company charges Rs.99/- for bill value of Rs. 500-2000. The delivery charges are waived off for an order value above Rs.2000. For orders from customers outside of Delhi NCR, 10% of the cart value would be charged as the delivery charges..
Yes, while placing the order you can choose ‘order pickup’ as an option. Once the order status is changed to ‘ready for pick up’, you can pick it up from the respective store as per your convenience. Please check store operational hours before planning your visit.
It will be difficult for us to make any changes once the order is placed.
In an unlikely scenario of product damage/ stock out. there may be an instance where the store manager may have to modify the order. The customer will be informed about any changes before order fulfilment.
You will have an option to cancel the order at your end only before the order is packed/ out for delivery. Once the order is out for delivery it cannot be cancelled.
You can check the updated order status anytime in the ‘My Orders’ section of the app/ website.
