Cancellation & Return Policy

Le Marche Retail believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made before the order is out for delivery.
• Though Le Marche Retail ensures availability of the products shown to the customers while placing the order, however, under unforeseen circumstances the company reserves the right to cancel an order basis stock availability due to product damage, defect or other reasons.

Return Policy:

Exchange/return unused goods within 24 hours of purchase.

Original sales receipt is required for exchange/return.

Product must be in original packing.

We don’t offer cash refund only. Only credit note will be issued which can be redeemed in any store of Le Marche

Frozen, Fruits & Vegetables, Dairy and other perishable products cannot be exchanged or returned

Refunds:

In case of any order cancellations, for prepaid orders refund will be processed in the customer’s original payment source.

The time taken for the refund amount to reflect in the source account would be based on the mode of payment of the order.
